I’d like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and commend Jesus at Tony’s Plumbing for the exceptional and professional job he performed! What a pleasant and courteous individual! He arrived on time, prepared and ready to work. Our job was extensive, to include replacing three toilets, installing a water softener, replacing shower hardware and troubleshooting a washer issue. Jesus was very courteous, kind and knowledgeable. He answered our many questions, stayed late and ensured the job met our complete satisfaction. It was refreshing to receive exceptional service and to be treated so kindly by such a caring young man! The entire job was outstanding and completed without any issues. 5 Stars I recently used Tony’s Plumbing for a major plumbing issue at my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work. From the moment I called, their customer service was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to schedule an appointment. The plumber arrived on time and was professional throughout the process. He thoroughly diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me in detail, and offered a reasonable estimate. What I appreciated most was how transparent and honest he was about what needed to be done, with no hidden fees or unnecessary upsells. The work was completed efficiently and left my plumbing better than ever. They also cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess behind. This house was bought in February of this year. It was built in the 50s and came with a few issues ,starting with a leak under the bathtub and kitchen sink. Tony's Plumbing fixed the problem by replacing the pipes and bringing it up to code. We were so impressed with the young men that came and did the work. Everyone in the office is friendly and make you feel like part of the family. We've had them back to install two toilets and then today we had two different leaky sinks fixed and a new faucet installed in the kitchen. Weston was wonderful and explained everything in a way that even I understood. I wouldn't trust plumbing issues to anyone else. ~ Melanie Q

Jesus came out to replace our leaking water heater after I called in over the weekend. It wasn't an emergency so we weren't stressed because we didn't have hot water, but they were able to get us in on Monday and got it replaced and it was done way better than it was before. Honestly whoever did the old one, we just bought the house, did a pretty bad job but Jesus came out and now it looks fabulous. We bought a bigger water heater and commercial grade, so hopefully my showers will now stay hot through to the end. He explained that the old one most likely had a bunch of sediment on the bottom because even drained, it was heavier than it should be. He also explained that the elements get corroded and then they don't work correctly, thinking they have heated the water, but have only heated the corrosion around the elements so they don't really heat the water very well. Three years ago, my water softener drain tube got kinked, the system blew up and shot the little pellets all through my pipes. For three years I’ve been telling different plumbers, contractors, and handyman that my shower water is dirty. They look at me like I have two noses. I’ve now gone through four water softeners, three water heaters, and two shower fixtures. None of it fixed the problem. Finally I called Tony’s Plumbing and Irvin came out, he listened to the problem and fixed it. I should have called them years ago instead of putting up with my house water pipes being contaminated. I turned the shower off and only 90% of the shower turned off and the hot water kept running I called Tony’s plumbing Jose Moreno was on call It was after hours. Jose was at my house within 30 minutes. Diagnosed the problem. How would you need it on the truck my stress, the problem, and the job was all done in less than an hour for when I placed a call until Jose was done turning on the water. Jose was very professional and very thorough. I have many employees and I would definitely hire Jose for my company. And also saved $310 off the initial quote compared to what I paid it lowered my stress even more. Thank you, Jose. ~ Tbone F

I had a "knocking" sound coming from my shower over the weekend. I was referred by a friend to contact "Tony's Plumbing because they helped him out with a water heater recently. So I set an appointment with there team to come out and fix the problem. Weston came out the next day to quote me the repairs. The next following week I had them come fix my shower problem. Weston was very professional and fixed my shower efficiently. I'm very happy with the repairs and would definitely recommend Tony's Plumbing to anyone in need of there services. ~ Luciano M

Excellent experience! Called about my leaky shower head. Scheduled an appointment with Ariel, super polite, scheduled me and appointment. 2 days later, Weston, the Plumber Technician arrived about 10 mins early 👍🏽, located the issue being an old worn out part. He had the new replacement part in his van. Weston was professional and respectful. We hit it off immediately. Completed the job literally within 20 minutes. Customer service on the phone was extremely kind, efficient, and has that gold standard quality to customer service that is hard to come by these days. The plumber himself, was extremely knowledgeable, took time to answer questions, was very transparent and clear about my options to repair my toilet issues and sink issues. The work itself was done well, no leftover mess, and quickly. the plumber also stuck around to give me feedback on my current issues with my water heater. we called office people were very kind and professional . couldn't be nicer They sent Jacob out . what a knowledgeable guy he was couldn't find a thing to complain about price was excellent. I would recommend asking for Jacob if you call but every one of these guys I assume provide quality service. but I can't stress that point enough Jacob was just a pleasant person to deal with and answered anything we had to ask. hard worker nu bullshiting around cleaned up his little mess . really 6 stars out of 5 is how I rate their work . way to run a business . ~ Jim K

Our old water heater finally gave out and we called Tony's Plumbing in Modesto to come by to check it out and give us an estimate. Archie was the technician who came to inspect it. He told us we needed a replacement and thoroughly explained our options. He answered all our questions about the heater itself, the process he would do to replace it, the warranty and how to take care of it to ensure it works at its best for years to come. He was very nice, informative and respectful. We've used Tony's Plumbing before and we highly recommend them. Great service and great employees! ~ Rita A

I highly recommend Tony’s Plumbing Services, their staff have excellent customer, super friendly, and knowledgeable. We found ourselves without hot water, and needed help. Tony’s was one of the many plumbers we called on a Sunday afternoon. We got a call back immediately, and I can tell that they really wanted to help because we even did a FaceTime, and Andrew helped us try to relight the pilot light, walked us through step by step. And he was answering my questions before I even asked them. Then spoke with Tori to schedule an appointment, she too, was super nice and tried to put me at ease. Then found out from her that Andrew was one of the owners. So awesome. Shawn came out, ran a diagnostics, then laid out all my options and explained pros and cons. He was super patient and understanding. Also, they all really take pride in the work, my old valves and pipes were replaced, put the brand new water heater on top of a drip pan. I had an excellent experience with Tony’s Plumbing! José was my technician. One of my showers needed a specific part to get the hot water running again, and I was told the repair would take 1–2 weeks. Not only was he incredibly professional and courteous, but he also went above and beyond to track down the part and fix the shower within just a few days. I did not use Tony’s plumbing services, but I did receive help from their driver when I was broke down at a complex. I asked their driver Isaac and another man for some help, They helped me get my car started and back on the road. Not to mention it was 103 outside and they were busy working they actually took the time to help me. These are the kind of men I would want working for me and doing business with. Westen and Zeke were both very concerned with being clean and professional, they both accomplished this very well. I called Tony's Plumbing with an urgent request to help clear a blockage in my toilet that flooded all over the place. Their response was quick. Within 30 minutes a team of two technicians showed up. They have successfully diagnosed a serious problem. Some tree's roots had penetrated under and broke the drainage pipe. They have suggested a permanent solution to fix it. Had some backing up issues at our location. Got a ridiculous quote from Drain Time Plumbing. I called Tony’s plumbing to get a second opinion. Zeke made it out here within the hour. Gave me two options for resolve our issue. Both were very reasonable and honest quotes. Zeke got the job done and fixed our issue. Had a main water line failure in my back yard....Weston was my technician and was absolutely fantastic.....found the source within 30mins and went above and beyond to fix the leak that day. Unfortunately it was a bigger job then expected. His communication throughout the project was outstanding. I can't say enough about the job he did on this major repair. Tony’s plumbing was such a great help when our only toilet was out of service. The ladies in the office were a great help at keeping me updated and letting me know times and availability of the technician. The technician that came out, Weston, was great! He fixed the toilet within a matter of minutes and also walked through some repairs our facility needs. He was honest and very good at explaining everything that needed to be done and why. Taylor M. from Tony's plumbing was a breathe of fresh air when he paid me an education visit and price quote in changing out my RO unit filters. He was super knowledgeable and extremely professional with the solution he presented. Too bad the company charges $325 to do what I needed done and that didn't even include the cost of the filters, OMG. Premium service started with Tori who took our call, explained everything. Same day appointment followed up with text and email confirmation. Our technician Stephen called within 20 minutes of speaking with Tori and arrived within 30 minutes. Installed a new tank less water heater. Stephen was very professional and did a wonderful job.
